Important Information

Before proceeding with a return or exchange, please ensure you have read the Health and Safety Information available in the system settings. Additionally, Nintendo Switch Online membership (sold separately) is required for Save Data Cloud backup.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returning Items

To initiate a return, send the item in its original packaging, with all parts, to the appropriate address listed below. Be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and your original order number. Additionally, provide an explanation of the issue and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.

Important Considerations

Nintendo will not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

* Items shipped to Nintendo after 30 days from delivery.

* Items that have been opened, unsealed, or had tags removed.

* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, show signs of use, or are missing parts.

* Items that were not purchased directly from the My Nintendo Store.

* Digital items including digital games, download content (DLC), subscriptions, and download codes.

Shipping

Please send the package via a registered or insured shipping method as Nintendo will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Credit card payment refunds will be applied to the same credit card number that was used for the original order.

Credits
